The school fee should be paid in three instalments: June to September,October to December and January to March. The fees are to be paid before 20th of June, 10th of October and 10th of February and failure or delay of payment is charged with a fine of Rs. 100. The delay in payment of fees renders students liable to be struck of the register without any further notice to the parents and the student will not get the benefit of attendance. The fees once paid are not refundable or adjustable in future on any accounts. The receipts of fees paid shall be retained and produced when needed. Arrangements are made to pay the fees at South Indian Bank, Swadeshi Shopping Complex, Mattanur. Please adhere to this system and fees will not be accepted at the school office here after. Students leaving the school in the course of the academic year shall do so only after due intimation and payment of all dues; otherwise the students will be obliged to pay all the fees for the whole year at the time of obtaining the
T.C. If any student due to exceptional circumstances is unable to pay the fees on due date, his/her parents shall present the matter to the principal and obtain extension of time for payment. However, fees must be paid within the
extended time without fail. No student will be allowed to sit for the terminal or final examinations, unless all the dues have been paid up to date.
